Model “HARDEGG”: The loden jacket with OWF-build, thermal insulation, and water resistance!

With this loden jacket in the OWF construction (3rd layer is a freely hanging wool fleece without thermal bridges) we save weight and achieve excellent thermal insulation. In addition to good thermal insulation, the wool fleece also has another beneficial property: it absorbs moisture and passes it on to the outside via the outer fabric. Wool can absorb up to 30% moisture without feeling wet. In the shoulder area, the waxed cotton saddle ensures that the water drains off when it rains and runs straight down over the loden. 70% of the water drains off directly and ensures dry shoulders.
Our profile sleeves provide enough space in the elbow area and the adjustable cuffs prevent heat loss at the sleeve hem. The two-way zip on the front is covered with waxed cotton passepoils and a bead on the edge of the passepoil prevents the zipper from jamming. A cord made of cord covers the inside of the front zip and prevents a cold bridge.
This processing can also be found on the two Napoleon pockets in the chest area.
You can adjust the width on the collar with an elastic band and adjust the width to your personal comfort during the day. A drawstring with adjustment is also incorporated in the hem area and a suction barrier in the hem protects the inner lining from moisture.
To prevent cold hands, we have equipped the welt pockets in the waist with a warmth pocket lining made of brushed cotton. The flap pockets under the waist offer plenty of storage space and have hidden press studs.
2 inside pockets with zip and a cell phone pocket that is adjustable in length are incorporated into the checked body lining made of 100% cotton.
