This high-quality loden made of 100% new wool, 540 gr./lfm, very tightly woven and heavily milled from pure merino new wool with a compact handle for robust use, that is the loden for our Lodenklassik. Due to the water and dirt-repellent AQUASTOP finish, this loden is ideal for outdoor use. We use this quality for our trousers and jackets to achieve the best compromise between weight, durability and thermal insulation. The trousers are lined so that they do not stick to the thigh and therefore do not block when walking. We only line the front pants to limit the elasticity and breathability of the wool as little as possible. The crotch seam is covered with a viscose lining on all our trousers and the seam is flat-stitched. There is no more chafing and the pants have a very good wearing comfort in the leg area.
